SHRED FEST finally arrives in Europe in 2027 —
and Portugal is part of this historic run.
Following previous editions across North
America and Australia, the acclaimed touring festival concept dedicated to
technical and progressive extreme metal makes its European debut with its most
ambitious chapter yet: 39 consecutive shows with no days off, running
throughout January and February 2027.
Leading the charge are Germany’s OBSCURA,
celebrating their 25th anniversary with a monumental tour designed to
mark a new era for the band.
Joining them are legendary Dutch pioneers PESTILENCE,
one of the most influential names in technical death metal, the UK’s
boundary-pushing innovators CRYPTIC SHIFT, Denmark’s progressive/melodic
death metal force THUS, and France’s relentless openers DVRK.
A rare gathering of some of Europe’s most
ferocious and technically gifted extreme metal acts — built for fans of
precision, heaviness and uncompromising musicianship.
